With Student Factory, it’s very easy. After choosing your city, residence, and type of apartment, click on “Book” and follow these steps:

Fill in the booking request form by providing preliminary information about you and your stay

Submit the form and send your request

Choose the length of stay and book your accommodation

To speed up the process,

prepare your application

To book an apartment, you will be asked to submit a complete rental application. It would therefore be helpful to prepare and scan the following documents:

Tenant

Valid national identity card (both sides) or passport
Student card or certificate of school attendance
Full bank account details (RIB)

Are you a foreign student?

Valid visa or resident permit

Are you a student and employed?

Employment contract
Last three payslips

Guarantors

Valid national identity card (both sides) or passport
Last tax assessment
Recent letter from employer
Last three payslips
Full bank account details (RIB)
Last property tax bill (if property owner)
- Extract from your last balance sheet (if self-employed)
