What are the must-sees in Le Havre?
Nestled on the Normandy coast, 40 minutes from the impressive cliffs of Etretat, the city of Le Havre offers a rich tourist, artistic and cultural experience. Its history is marked by the influence of great architects such as Auguste Perret, responsible for rebuilding the city after the ravages of the Second World War, Oscar Niemeyer and Jean Nouvel. Le Havre's city center has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2005. Among the must-see local sights, you can discover "Le Volcan", a venue dedicated to art and culture hosting numerous shows and events, "L'appartement témoin Perret" or "La Maison de l'Armateur", a house museum offering a glimpse of 18th-century bourgeois life.
